If our availability is open for your event, we will send you a contract.
Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit we will secure your catering request.
Quotes are estimates only and do not include last minute add-ons, tax, travel /gas distance fees (if applicable) and gratuity.
Catering Setup Requirements
Baby Knuckles will need access to the location (indoors or outdoors) for set-up approximately 1 hour prior to start time.
A standard 120W outlet must be available within 25 feet of our set up area on ground level. If you do not have an outlet available, we will need to use our generator which will add a fee of $50 to your quote/contract.
Event host/coordinator is responsible to obtain any required permits etc.
For Shave Ice Parties: Tabletop set-up requires approximately 8 square ft. For Pop-Up Canopy catering we will need 10×10 ft. area
